A Weekend Without Ava
On December 8th, Jacobe and I spent the weekend in San Francisco WITHOUT Ava! It was wonderful! We were able to catch up on much needed sleep, do some Christmas shopping and enjoy the nightlife with our friends!
Having lunch with Grandma and Grandpa before the big hand off...
Enjoying dinner at Andula with our friends...
Almost falling off the cable car after a few cocktails....
China Town- One of our favorite places in San Francisco!

Ava's 1st Day at Day Care
Having spent the last 5 months at home with Ava, I enrolled her in daycare a month before I went back to work to get used to not having her with me all day. I was so worried about her, I made Ava wear her "I Love Milk" beanie so they wouldn't forgot to feed her. Needless to say, Ava loved daycare and I LOVED the time to my self!!

Happy 60th Birthday Grandma Betty!!
On September 15th we surprised Grandma Betty with a super duper surprise party! What a great night it was! It lasted until the wee hours of the morning and Ava was a champ. Ava slept practically the whole time and when she finally woke up all I heard was: "Look, she's awake! Her eyes are open!" That Ava!! I really thought she was over sleeping through these fun events! Here is Ava with the Birthday Girl (love that hat!), Sandy and Grandma Kathy.
